I looked everywhere for a light fixture for my kitchen. I wanted fluorescent but did not want the long tubes that are out there. This fixture is great. It is sturdily built, looks great, and was easy to install. The two bulbs provide a nice even distribution of light. There is no flicker or hum and it lights instantly.
